Nisarga Fresh was born from a simple yet powerful belief — pure food leads to a healthier life. As people became more health-conscious and aware of what goes into their kitchens, we set out with a clear mission: to manufacture pure, wood-pressed oils that are safe, natural, and uncompromising in quality.

We began our journey by producing wood-pressed coconut oil, gingelly (sesame) oil, and groundnut oil, using traditional methods that preserve nutrients and natural flavor. Quality has always been our top priority. Every batch is carefully processed, tested, and packed to ensure it meets the standards we would expect for our own families.

The response was encouraging. Customers appreciated not only the purity of our oils but also their affordable pricing, which inspired us to expand our range. As demand grew, Nisarga Fresh started receiving orders from across India, reinforcing our commitment to scale without sacrificing authenticity.

To maintain the same standard across all products, we began sourcing original, high-quality spices from GI-tagged regions, known for their unique aroma, taste, and heritage. Each product is selected after extensive research and direct interaction with farmers, ensuring traceability and fairness at every step.

Our Vision

Nisarga Fresh aims to expand its presence with new branches in Udupi and Mangalore, while gradually introducing more GI-tagged oils, spices, and native food products. Our goal is to bring India’s authentic, regional goodness to households across the country.

About the Founder

Puneeth, the founder of Nisarga Fresh, started this venture with a hands-on approach and a deep respect for traditional food practices. He personally travels to different regions, researches products in depth, and sources directly from farmers to ensure purity, authenticity, and ethical practices. His dedication to quality and transparency continues to shape Nisarga Fresh into a brand people trust.
