Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
Returns

Due to the nature of food and consumable products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Damaged product received

Wrong product delivered

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos.
Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error occurred from our side.
